Business Builder provides website design, website hosting, social media management, and AI automation services for small businesses (the "Service"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our Services immediately.

We offer services including but not limited to:

• Website design, development, and hosting
• Social media management and content creation
• AI integration and automation (chatbots, document automation, customer intake)
• Private AI deployments on dedicated infrastructure

The form on our Contact page (also shown on our homepage) offers two separate, optional text-message consents, each with its own checkbox and both unchecked by default: (a) informational and service messages — replies to your inquiry, appointment and consultation reminders, and project, hosting or billing updates; and (b) marketing and promotional messages about our services. Marketing consent is collected separately and is never bundled with any other consent; checking one box does not opt you in to the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, and reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Builder shall not be liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—arising from:

• Any other matter related to the Service

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the previous 12 months.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided.

Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
